Colorectal cancer, according to cancer.ca, is a type of cancer that grows into nearby tissues and destroys it. It is the third most common cancer worldwide, and fourth most common cancer for men, according to cdc.gov.


Symptoms that could mean you have colorectal cancer are the following..

● Bowel changes

● Blood in stool

● Abnormal pain

● Weight loss

● Bloating

● Fatigue

● Vomiting

● Lump

● Straining

All cancers cannot be cured, but by adapting to healthy habits can decrease the chances of getting cancer. According to cancer.org, eating healthy, with a diet that includes green vegetables, orange fruits and vegetables, and red fruits and vegetables can help! Exercise and moving the body regularly with at least 30-60 minutes of exercise a day can decrease chances of getting cancer, which ties into maintaining a healthy weight. By maintaining a healthy weight can decrease cancer chances by a lot. Stopping smoking and alcohol is the biggest one, beside diet and exercise. By maintaining healthy habits like the ones listed above, your chances of getting cancer will decrease by a whole bunch. By using the symptoms listed above, you can also be more careful to watch out for yourself, and other people! These habits might seem easy, but they are life-changing!
