Unlike the more common types of cancer, for example, gastric, liver, esophageal,

colorectal, and pancreatic cancer, small intestine cancer, fortunately, is one of the less common types of digestive cancer. Small intestine cancer happens when harmful malignant cells form in the small intestine cancer.


According to yalemedicine.org, symptoms of this cancer include;

● Weight Loss

● Vomiting

● Abdominal pain

● Diarrhea

● Anemia

● Yellow eyes/skin


Getting this cancer doesn’t necessarily mean you are unhealthy in ways. Genetics, sex, and age can all cause small intestine cancer. Small intestine cancer can be cured with surgery, but according to cancer.gov, by avoiding just any use of smoke, alcohol, and exposure to certain chemicals can decrease the chances of getting small intestine cancer. By establishing these habits, it can increase your lifespan.
